The Ronsley
Dresner Design is excited to be a part of the great design team for The Ronsley at 676 N. Kingsbury St.
This former industrial timber loft building is currently being transformed into true urban luxury living in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. The 41-unit building consists of 160,000 square feet, and every unit was custom designed by LG Construction + Development and Dresner Design.
1647 N. Milwaukee
We also worked on the 36-unit rental building at 1647 N Milwaukee with our friends at LG Construction + Development. This mixed-use, transit oriented property consists of a ground floor retail space and residential units, including studios, convertibles, one and two-bedroom apartments. We worked closely with LG on each unit which features custom Italian kitchens with quartz counters, and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances.
